What type of shipping do you offer?
For apparel, and accessories we offer Free Shipping using the United States Postal Service (USPS) by either First Class Mail, or Priority Mail delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped the next business day. If you place an order on the weekend, your order will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship orders on Federal Holidays, they will be shipped the next business day if you place an order during a Federal Holiday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders shipped using First Class Mail
can take up to 5 business days to be received if not sooner. Orders shipped using Priority Mail can take up to 3 business days to be received, if not sooner.
How will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order has been received, and it has been fulfilled you will recieve a tracking number. The tracking number will be provided using the e-mail address you entered at the time of checkout.
How will my natural attar order be shipped?
Your natural attar order will be shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. We do offer Priority Mail shipping for our attars for a fee, if you need it sooner than 5 business days.
Where are your natural attars made?
Our natural attars are made in northern India in the state of Uttar, Pradesh. Kannauj is the town where our natural attars are made, and brought to life.
How are your natural attars made?
Our natural attars are made using the ancient technique of hydro-distilling natural raw materials using the "Deg-Bhapka" method, which has been used for centuries.
Are your natural attars good for sensitive skin?
Yes, our natural attars are good for anyone that may have skin sensitivity. Since the ingredients are all natural, there are no synthetic ingredients to be concerned with.
Will you offer other variations of natural attar fragrances in the future?
Yes, there will be additional natural attar fragrances available in the future.
Will you offer larger bottle sizes in the future?
Yes, there will be larger bottle sizes available in the future.
Are all of your natural attar fragrances original?
Yes, all of our natural attar fragrances are original. They are made using our own thoughts, concepts, and formulas.
Do you sell natural attars that are "dupes"?
No, we don't sell any natural attars that are copies of well-known fragrances from other brands.
